As shown in the clip, a rescuer lures the dog with some treats before picking him up to take him to the care facility.

A month of care made an unbelievable transformation possible. Not only did the pooch’s fur grow back, he is full of energy as he runs around his enclosure.

The minute a caretaker walks through the gate, the happy boy can’t stop jumping for joy. I mean, can you blame him after everything he’s been through? And just look at the way he leaps up to her face!
