Family offers $10,000 reward for return of stolen dog

A family in Beverly Hills, California, has offered a $10,000 reward for the safe return of their stolen dog. According to KTLA 5 News, Charlie (Chucky, “Choo Choo”) the Pomeranian was taken from a driveway on Sunday afternoon.

Distraught owner Brandon Williams told KTLA, “I’m absolutely in love with this dog and I haven’t been able to sleep for the last 24 hours.” The dog-napping was captured on a surveillance camera – it shows a woman stopping to pick up the two-year-old dog, looking at her identification tag, and then walking away, with the dog in her arms.

Williams described his family’s dog, “She’s so precious and she’s so sweet. She’ll lick you to death and you know everybody’s her friend and I’m sure whoever has her right now the dog’s licking her to death.” Charlie was in the driveway because she managed to slip out of her house when Brandon’s wife was taking their two kids into the house…within less than 5 minutes, the woman in the video found the dog and walked away with her.
