18-year-old Scruffy surrendered to San Antonio shelter needs help now

At the animal shelter in San Antonio, Texas, an 18-year-old dog named Scruffy, was surrendered by his owner on Thursday because they could no longer provide adequate veterinarian care. As per the shelter, there are few notes about Scruffy’s health, however it has been noted he does have concerning ocular discharge.
