Billy is terrified after his family left him at the shelter


A young dog named Billy is utterly terrified at the busy California animal shelter where his family left him. The two-year-old mixed breed pup has been at the San Bernardino City Animal Control since July 31, and it is clear that Billy is not taking things well.

According to a social media post on Billy’s behalf, he was surrendered because his family could no longer afford to care for him. Watch the video of Billy in his kennel run – he is obviously confused and heartbroken:
