Cruelty investigation – dead poodle found tied to a fence


An animal cruelty investigation has been launched following the discovery of a dead poodle, tied to a fence, in El Paso, Texas. As reported by CBS 4 News, the authorities have stated that the poodle was found in a “cruel manner.”

In a press release the El Paso Police write:

a small poodle was discovered deceased, tied up in a cruel manner and propped against a residential fence at the corner of Davis and Dorbrandt in the Lower Valley area. This incident occurred between 8 pm April 10th and 10 am April 11th.
