Elderly, homeless dog in need of a hero, before it is too late

An elderly dog, picked up as a stray and taken to the San Antonio Animal Care Services facility in Texas, is in need of a hero. The 10-year-old Chihuahua, named Rose, is well past the safe period of her “stray hold” and she needs to find a home or rescue group before it is too late.

On Rose’s Petharbor listing, it states:

I will need confirmed adoption, foster or rescue placement by 10 am on 01/01/2020.

The first has come and gone, but Rose did not find an adopter. Fortunately she is still alive, but how long she will beat the odds is unknown. Please help this deserving girl have the ability to live out the rest of her life – your effort to network her information could be the difference between her life and her death.
