For blind senior Matilda, it is the ‘worst of times’

Since April 23, a blind, 12-year-old Lhasa Apso has been waiting for her owner at Carson Animal Care Center. Is it any wonder no one has come to the shelter to rescue their best friend? Sadly, for Matilda, it is the worst of times; how could she have been so neglected when once she was so beautiful?
