German shepherd puppies unable to use back legs found in dumpster

Two German shepherd puppies unable to use their back legs were found in a dumpster in Houston, Texas on Thursday. The shelter reached out to local rescue organizations asking for help:

“These sweet puppies were picked up in response to a call from the police department; they were found abandoned in a dumpster. They are unable to use their hind legs properly. That doesn’t stop them; they will drag themselves across a room to a person, loving all the attention they receive-see video.
Medical staff will evaluate them and there will be additional medical information for them.
Please let us know if you’re interested in helping them. I have two other videos that I will be sending showing how sweet and adorable they are.”
