Greta: Beautiful Great Pyrenees stuck in Texas shelter with no interest

In Georgetown, Texas, Greta waits. Since March 16, she has been in a shelter cage at the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter. She is frightened and who can blame her? Animal advocates think she is a Great Pyrenees mix.

Sadly, there has not been much information provided about Greta, but her adoption listing shows she is available.

  • Breed: Mixed Breed, Large (over 44 lbs fully grown) / Mix
  • Age: 2y Gender: Female
  • Color: White
  • Spayed/Neutered: No
  • Size: Medium

Please share this dog’s plight with approved rescue organizations, friends, family and social media contacts. Many times the dogs in need have not had the benefit of social media sharing; Greta is one such example. No one has come to meet her, nor has anyone asked to foster her. Surely, she deserves better.
