Heartbroken 12-year-old ‘Macho’ has no rescue interest at all

Since July 12, “Macho” has been waiting for someone to love him again; after all he is 12-years-old and has been described as very sweet and docile. He was brought to Miami-Dade Animal Services as a stray, and has captured the hearts of the staff; this boy is dog and people friendly, doesn’t need much love and would be so happy with just a soft bed to relax and nap and someone to give this fragile senior a home.

His story has been shared, but sadly no one has responded – not even a request to provide him with a temporary foster home.

“There must be someone willing to give him the home he deserves, the shelter is no place for a fragile senior. Please share for adopter/ foster / rescue.
(Macho is 45lbs but needs to gain a little weight,” his advocate posted on Facebook.

Please share Macho’s plight with approved rescue organizations, friends, family and social media contacts. Sharing saves lives.
