Last call for handsome German shepherd with weak legs

An urgent, “last call” plea has been made on behalf of a beautiful German shepherd who is being held at the Carson Animal Services facility in Gardena, California. On Sunday, the Saving Carson Shelter Dogs Facebook page wrote:

A5385274 ✰ MAX -9/27/20-
🔷🐶🐾 Please FOSTER or ADOPT Today! 🐾

According to the post, Max has a microchip, but nobody came to claim him:

Sweet MAX came in as a stray with a microchip but this beauty is still in the shelter. Please SHARE for his life, he’s SO dashing and a FOSTER or ADOPTER would save him.

Shelter assessment:

Seeks attention and will sit next to runner while collaring. Paces back and forth when anxious. He was let into the play yard
where he came in and greeted all the dogs. He stood there and allowed the dogs to sniff him for a bit. He appears to have really weak He
was friendly with all the dogs and had high energy. He tried to run with the dogs, but could at best, walk behind them. He
was sent back due to his leg/ back issues.
