Little golden girl in critical need of rescue before it’s too late

At the Brooklyn division of New York Animal Care Centers, a little golden girl is in critical need of help. Carly is 13-years-old and weighs 13-pounds – therefore we are hoping “13” is her lucky number. She needs someone to adopt her- someone to give her a loving retirement home before it’s too late.

According to the limited information made available for Carly, her health has been checked. Her vaccinations are up-to-date as are her worming medications. She is already micro-chipped and would appreciate if everyone would share her plight with approved rescue organizations, friends, family and social media contacts.

If you can get to the shelter in person and the dog is available for adoption:

Subject line: Carly & ID #83887

If you are not able get to the shelter or the dog is not in public adoptions (New Hope Rescue Only), private message
Must Love Dogs – Saving NYC Dogs page or email for assistance with applications.

The Brooklyn facility is located at 2336 Linden Boulevard 11208.

A dog might not be listed on the shelter site which does not necessarily mean the pet is safe. There are numerous reasons – evaluation not completed, health issues or the dog will be considered “rescue only.”

(Please note Pet Rescue Report is not the point of contact.)
