Pitifully neglected, young dog at risk at animal control agency


A pitifully neglected dog, just one year of age, is at risk of losing her life at a busy Memphis, Tennessee, animal control facility. The dog, dubbed Astoria, has been added to the “urgent list” because of her skin issues. Astoria was taken in at the Memphis Animal Services facility on August 15 and her “review date” is on August 19 – just two days away.
