Scared shelter pup is so happy with his new bed

A scared little shelter pup, held at an animal shelter in Fairfield County, South Carolina, is so happy with his new bed. On Thursday, the dog’s advocate writes of the happiness the soft bed provides, writing:

This is Ezra. We had several dog beds donated and they were still sitting by the entry way. On his way out for a walk, he layed on the bed. Had to be coaxed off. On their way back in from the walk, he layed on the bed again. Again, he had to be coaxed off to go back in his kennel except this time, they decided to take the bed with them to put in his kennel.

Just look at how happy and proud he is to have that bed ❤️❤️ he sat nice and tall with a smile of gratitude on his face!!!!

According to the Facebook page for the shelter, Ezra came to the facility as a stray back in September. H was described as scared and unsocialized. Videos from the shelter show him interacting in a non-hostile manner with other dogs.
