Seriously ill shelter pup will die if help doesn’t arrive soon


A seriously ill shelter pup will die if help doesn’t arrive soon. The year-old dog, dubbed Charlie, is at California’s Baldwin Park Animal Services facility and he needs assistance immediately. Charlie was taken in at the animal control facility on June 24 – he is now suffering with a bad upper respiratory infection and his lungs are filling with fluid.

The Saving Baldwin Park Shelter Dogs Facebook page writes:

A5293796 🐾CHARLIE🐾 1yr old German Shepherd🐾🚨SHELTER SAID NEEDS OUT ASAP🚨stray on 6-24. 🚨Baby is back from the vet and is sick with fluid in his lungs. This usually only gets worse while in a shelter. We haven’t had good outcomes lately.🚨He needs out sooner than later so he can get better before it gets worse. Please save him. ASAP! We’re losing too many lately.😓
