Valentina needs help now. This sweet little English bulldog mix came into the Harris County Animal Shelter in Texas as a stray on February 7. Sadly, Valentina has medical issues which preclude her from any private adoptions.
“… this petite baby girl that we decided to call Valentina came to shelter as a stray from 77038 on February 7, 2020, shelter request only MEDICAL RESCUE OR RESCUE, she is a very delicate case and cannot be adopted out.
She has been evaluated by the vet at the shelter who said she has tartar in her teeth, heart murmur and her back legs don’t work, so she can’t stand on them.
Valentina is only two-years-old and is sweet and loving. She does seem underweight at 21 pounds and has tested heartworm negative. The shelter had been administering medication to Valencia, but she will need specialized care. Can you help? Please share her plight with approved rescue organizations, family, friends and social media contacts. Sharing saves lives.
