Short-legged pup surrendered – family no longer wanted the responsibility

An adorable, short-legged pooch in California finds himself in need of a new home after his family decided that they no longer wanted the responsibility of owning a dog. The two-year-old dog, named Kane, has been at the Carson Animal Services facility since April 20.

The volunteer-run Facebook page, Saving Carson Shelter Dogs, writes:

My name is KANE and I’m an approximately 2 year old male Welsh Corgi C.. I am not yet neutered. I have been at the Carson Animal Care Center since 4/20. I will be available on 4/20. You can visit me at my temporary home at C213. My former family who owned had to give me up because they just weren’t up for the responsibility of a pet.
