And the Border Collie in the video below won’t let his deformity stop him from having fun! Roosevelt the Border Collie has malformed legs. And thanks to his foster family and the New England Border Collie Rescue (NEBCR), along with the donations of kindhearted people, Roosevelt was able to get his very own wheelchair. And even though Roosevelt is on a wheelchair, that won’t stop him from having fun in the snow! Check out the video below! Awwww…isn’t he amazing?!
