White shepherd ‘Quincy’ seems to be giving up at California shelter

Meet Quincy – a white shepherd who spends his time just lying in his shelter cage at the Riverside Animal Shelter as if he has completely given up. The six-year-old is extremely underweight and his coat is thinning around his extremities and face. He also has a small epidermal mass on the left gluteal region.

This heartbroken pup has been at the shelter for ten days, and no one has shown any interest in him. Sadly, that puts him at risk of being humanely euthanized.
