Young, malnourished German shepherd ‘at risk of being killed’ at animal services


A young, malnourished German shepherd is at risk of being killed at a Texas animal services facility. The two-year-old dog, named Winchester, weighs just 32 pounds, and if help doesn’t come soon, he will be put down.
