Abandoned Philly Dog Named for Rocky’s Fighting Spirit After Being Left to Die


Sly was up and eating following emergency surgery Tuesday night. And his doctors expect him to make a full recovery.

SLY is standing for longer periods of time and more balanced as evidenced by his ability to stand and move that big, beautiful head to look around at his surroundings. While he's able to hold his posture momentarily, he is still very weak. His current neuromuscular weakness is limiting, but we’re taking it a day at a time. Overall, we think this fighter is looking good! What do you think!?
