A Breeder Surrendered A Puppy Barely Hanging On To Life. They Couldn’t Believe Their Eyes.

On the morning of July 5th, an unnamed breeder surrendered a 4-month-old puppy to animal control in Pennsylvania. The puppy was barely alive, covered in maggots, and smelled like rotten flesh. On the brink of death, extensive efforts were started to try and save this innocent puppy’s life! The puppy is named Libre.

Over the past few weeks, Libre has slowly gotten better. He has a long way to go, but he has an appetite and is able to stand and sit on his own. You can get updates about his progress on Facebook (He is being cared for at Dillsburg Veterinary Center, in Dillsburg, VA. Since being brought to Dillsburg Veterinary Center, they have kept the public up to date with daily posts and sometimes videos.
