Channing Tatum Will Make Road-Trip Movie On His Dog Who Passed Away From Cancer

Movie star Channing Tatum recently took to social media to announce an upcoming movie that he’ll be making in memory of his beloved dog, Lulu. The 39-year-old actor revealed that the movie, titled “DOG”, will be inspired by the late Lulu’s adventurous life and will showcase her vibrant personality as a loyal companion.

Lulu, who succumbed to cancer over a year ago, had been an important part in the lives of Channing, his ex-wife Jenna Dewan, and their daughter. The family had a tough time when they lost the Belgian Malinois after her excruciating struggle with cancer.

Channing Tatum often posts Lulu’s photos on his social media accounts and honors her memory and the impact she had on him and his family’s lives.

While Lulu’s death has been devastating for Channing Tatum and his family, the proposed movie will be anything but tragic! The movie would be a comedy focusing on an Army Ranger named Briggs who takes a time-crunched road trip with his dog to make it to his soldier buddy’s funeral. Channing feels this would help him immortalize the last road trip where Lulu accompanied him, just before bidding her final farewell.
