When presented with a paddling pool by his owners, this eager dog from Crystal Lake, Illinois, was ready to dive in, paws first, even before he hit the water. In a video shared by Erin Schurter to Twitter, her dog, Simon, can be seen paddling his feet as he hovers above the small pool in their yard. “To swim or not to swim,” Schurter tweeted.
