He is only three – such sadness. Has he ever known love?

He has no name – he has no home. All that is “his” is a shelter provided identification number. What sadness this young boy has known in the three years that he has been alive…his ears have been lopped off with scissors. He is malnourished and his skin looks unhealthy.

This homeless dog, ID#A522378, has been at California’s San Bernardino City Animal Control since March 23. Is there anyone out there who would consider taking a chance on him? His history is unknown – does he like toys? Has he ever encountered a toy? Does he like to cuddle? Has anyone ever tried?

This boy stands no chance of making it out alive unless strangers step forward to show him that he matters. You can lend him a hand by sharing this article, with his adoption information.
