As the dog tries to fetch a stick out of the water, the current starts to pull him away. But his Labrador buddy is there to grab the stick and pull him to safety.

It seems as if the dogs do this all the time and were never in any real danger, but it’s still an amazing thing to see. Just another case of a dog’s instincts and awareness kicking in to help a friend in need. 🙂
