Day to present to you. Today’s dog is called Mindy, and she comes to us from our friends and the Animal Rescue Volunteers in the Simi Valley, California area.

Let’s Let the Animal Rescue Volunteers introduce Mindy:

Mindy was born January 10, 2012.  She is a purebred Pekingese, pedigree AKC, who was surrendered by her owners along with her sister, as they could no longer care for them.  The two dogs spent the last several years outside on a 6×4 concrete slab and were not cared for very well.  Mindy is the sweetest and most affectionate little girl, and is calm and easy going.  She gets along with other dogs, and per her previous owner, “good with kids and adults.”  While we are still getting to know her, we can tell you she loves to cuddle and give kisses.

Stop by and meet our pets on SATURDAYS or if you are not able, email to arrange a convenient time to meet the pet.  Adoption events are Saturday from 11 am to 3pm at R and R Pet Lifestyle and Supply at 2780 Tapo Canyon Road, Simi Valley (SE corner of Tapo Canyon and Alamo), except holiday weekends.
