But even with the windows cracked, the inside of a car gets extremely hot in a very short amount of time. In the video below, some people found dogs trapped inside a hot vehicle and reported it to the police. Shockingly, the police wanted to wait for the owners to return. But a refuse worker and his colleague knew there was no time to waste and decided to act. They were going to take matters into their own hands.
