Everyone, meet Poppy the adorable Piglet. Poppy lives at the Edgar’s Mission Farm Sanctuary in Australia. What makes Poppy even more adorable is that just like dogs, Poppy loves belly rubs!

Now Poppy has a neighbor, a dog named Ruby. One day, Poppy was visited by the sanctuary’s founder, Pam Ahern. And when Pam gave Poppy some belly rubs, Ruby just can’t help but get jealous!

This Is What Happens When A Sad Shelter Dog Gets Loved On

Abandoned and rescued dogs confined at the shelter are almost in a halfway house of sorts. Halfway to a forever home but not quite there yet. . Take a look at the video and see how Roger, filmed at Pet Orphans of Southern California, reacts when given some play time by a shelter volunteer. From the first frame of the video, we see Roger confined in his cage, looking sad that he is cooped up. In the next video sequence, we see Roger literally frolicking and having a great time playing! We can really see how much they long for some attention.

If we can’t adopt a shelter dog and provide them a forever home, we can at least make their stay at the shelter a little better. When we volunteer our time and effort, we can make a big difference. Dogs also need our affection and when they reciprocate, it can really be an amazing experience!

Service Dog Gets Honorary Master’s Degree & Attends Graduation With His Human!

Did you know that dogs can get a Master’s Degree? Yup, no kidding!

A dog named Kirsch earned an Honorary Master’s Degree at the Johns Hopkins University School of Education. This adorable service dog sat through all the classes together with his human, Carlos Mora. He was able to attend the classes included in Mr. Mora’s program for him to finish his Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling. So during graduation day, Kirsch was also with Mr. Mora, wearing a cap and graduation gown.

Kirsch was the most adorable graduate there. He and his human were the last ones called on stage. And when they were called, this was what the college officials said,

“Our last counseling degree graduate to walk across the stage tonight is Carlos Mora and his service dog, Kirsch. Since Kirsch sat through every class with Carlos, both will be receiving a master’s degree in mental health counseling. We want everyone to know that Kirsch was not charged for his degree.”

Kirsch also got a diploma for his Honorary Master’s Degree. And it’s a real one, signed by the School of Education Dean and the Vice Dean of Academic Affairs.

Dog Gets A Taste Of Heaven And Eats It Up

What would your dog consider to be “doggy heaven”? The dog park probably? Or maybe a pool full of balls? Or maybe a room full of his favorite things or his favorite food?

The dog in the video below found his absolute heaven! This Boston Terrier named Oscar is laying in a bed of Milk Bone treats, and his whole body is covered with them! His mom is doing a photoshoot of him in a pile of treats, and Oscar loves it so much that he’s not moving a muscle! Even after his mom told him that it’s okay to move, and even after one other dog stole a treat from the pile, Oscar just wanted to stay and lay on that bed of treats! Watch the video below!

Awwww…Oscar is definitely loving the bed of treats! He has claimed the treats as his property and he’s not moving from there or somebody else might steal them from him!
