It was a real miracle that brought these two brothers together. Since they grew up together they will have the most beautiful life they could have ever imagined. In the video below you will see how they get confused at first because they don’t understand that they are brothers. The first one that understands is Bentley. He sniffs the other dog, and starts wagging the tail. It’s his brother Brady, and he could not be happier about it. On the other hand it takes Brady a little bit more to get to know Bentley, but they have a lot of time to catch up now.

They are two brothers, adopted by two sisters. Such a beautiful mix for these two blended families. Their lives changed forever when they found each-other. They share their beds now, they take walks together, they share the same toys, and they eat from the same food bowl. They became once again inseparable, and nothing could set them apart this time. It is time for them to enjoy their own life the way they love to. They are forever grateful to the sisters that brought them together, and they will forever be grateful for the life they get to live! They can ride a skateboard, and do all sorts of other cool tricks as well.  However, this trick, the “hug,” is what is taking the internet by storm recently.  After they were featured doing their hug on social media, and the video exploded, they ended up being adopted together!

Aside from winning the internet, the two are also on a special local mission.  They have a New Year’s resolution to give back to their community.  They’ve been doing this by donating toys, blankets and food to local shelters, and also teaching friends and neighbors the importance of taking proper care of your furry family members.  Oh yeah!  They also want to spread the love all over the world as well!

According to David Ramirez of the Liberty Humane Society, the pair were spotted traipsing about Jersey City’s Liberty State Park a few days before the storm hit.  When animal control officers attempted to capture them, the black dog allegedly lunged, and the officer shot him in self-defense.

He was not critically injured, and the dogs bolted.  Animal control set up a live trap, and days later, as the area was battered by wind and heavy snowfall, the boys were caught.

“I absolutely believe the two truly needed each other to survive at the time,” Ramirez told ABC News. “With one having been hurt and bleeding and then with the blizzard coming down, there was definitely a time crunch to capture them and get them to medical care.”

The black dog was taken in for surgery, and it was determined that the bullet had exited his neck and didn’t cause any major damage.  They were then put in the care of Liberty Humane Society.  Staff called the black dog Braveheart for his steel nerve, and the brindle dog was called Faithful for the allegiance he showed to his friend.

Workers believe they have such a good rapport because they may be littermates.

“While Braveheart was away, we had a miserable Faithful on our hands,” Ramirez explained. “He was crying relentlessly for Braveheart, and it was immediately obvious how bonded together they were.”

Last week they were reunited, and “everyone could sense their relief when they finally saw each other again.”

“They’re very well trained,” Ramirez noted. “They knew a lot of commands like sit, stay, down and roll over, so we’re thinking they may have come from the same home. Neither were microchipped.”

The shelter is hoping someone will step up to give them a home together, as it’s obvious that separating them would break their hearts.

“It’s really hard to imagine them without each other at this point, especially after all they have been through,” Ramirez concluded.

Six-year-old Bryson Reiter and his older brother Blake were devastated when their three-month-old French Bulldog puppy, Jackson, went missing on Christmas eve.

The family suspects that their puppy may have been stolen from their yard when the puppy and the boys were playing outside. The boys went inside for a while and when they came back outside, their beloved pup was gone.

Having their puppy missing was hard for the family. The boys even wrote a letter to Santa to bring their pup back. The family is also offering a $2000 reward for the pup’s safe return.

For now, Christmas is on hold for the Reiter family till they reunite with their puppy. We hope and we pray that Jackson will be returned to his loving family very soon.

As a younger sister, I’m pretty embarrassed to admit how much this hilarious little chihuahua reminds me of myself when I was growing up with my older brother. But just like this sweet pit bull, my bro always knew when to stay calm despite my spazzy ways…which was, well, a lot of the time. It’s a good thing older siblings tend to have tougher skin.

Here’s hoping these cuties can learn to be best friends soon. Of course, it took me and my brother until we were out of high school to find common ground, but that’s just a few years in dog time, right?
