What This Dog Does When He Gets His Ball Stuck Shows More Patience Than Most People We Know

How patient is your dog? While most dogs don’t really have the patience to even sit down and wait for the treat to be given to them, some dogs have the patience of a saint. These patient dogs can wait, and they even tolerate their human’s strange shenanigans. Just like these three dogs who have the patience to say grace before chowing down their food!

The dog in the video below is one patient doggy. He got his ball stuck in between a wall and a door. So what does he do? Well, all he did was lay on the floor, stare at his ball, and patiently wait for it to get unstuck! Unbelievable! Some dogs would go right ahead and try to take the ball any way they could. But not this one! Take a look at the video below!

Rescued Pit Bull Does Some Rescuing of Her Own

Bella is a three-legged rescue pit bull, and her human is Grace Kuhn. Recently, the dog decided that she would do a little of her own rescuing, and “adopted” a litter of kittens that were orphaned. I’m sure there are many of you out there who have a World’s Greatest Dog, right? Well if there were an award, our rescued three-legged pit bull Bella would definitely receive a nomination — if not take home the gold.

When we started fostering with our local shelter we already had a fairly good idea of how Bella would react to the new house guests. She had already befriended a rescued cow, watched over piglets saved from slaughter, and looked after battery-caged chickens from the largest farmed animal rescue in California’s history. But we never anticipated just how stellar her mothering skills would be.

Pit bulls are often victims of prejudice and discrimination, but contrary to popular conceptions this breed has some of the most gentle and stable temperaments. In 2011, the American Temperament Test Society showed the American pit bull terrier scored an overall temperament rating of 83.9 percent compared to the 77 percent score of the general dog population. I know this, and a quick Google search will easily tell you the same. But I want you to see and experience this.

So far, Bella has helped me care for three litters of kittens, and she has always been gentle and kind. She gladly shares her water bowl, her dog bed, and her human attention. She takes turns grooming them, and they greet her every morning by curling around her legs, and cry when she comes in from her walks.

Bella is doing her part to make sure these kittens are well adjusted and adopted into their forever homes. When they head back to the adoption floor in a few weeks, their enclosures will proudly read, “dog-friendly”.

With An Itch He Can’t Reach, Watch What This Pug Does To Scratch His Back!

When you have an itch you can’t reach and nobody’s around (or willing) to help you out, you have to find ways to scratch your own back. And that’s exactly what this clever Pug did! He may not have long arms to reach his own back, but he sure has the wits to think his way through the problem! He found a clever and hilarious solution to scratch his own back! When the floor is just not enough to scratch that darn itch, he used the stairs! Yup, that’s right!

Maybe the floor’s surface is too flat and smooth, so he found something with edges that can solve his itchy problem! Watch the hysterical video below and see how this Pug used the stairs to scratch his itchy back!

Awwww…he had to slide down the stairs to scratch his back! What a funny (yet clever) little doggy! I sure hope whoever is taking the video will help him out though! Poor baby!

Husky Puppy Does The Most Adorable Thing After Her Very First Bath

Puppies are so cute when they get their first bath. Many of them are terrified of the water, but some of happen to absolutely love the new experience. Nevertheless, I bet every dog’s favorite part of the bath is the after-bath routine. You know, the part where they get to be dried off, which most of the time is accompanied by cuddles, including the part where you wrap him/her up like a baby!

And while most dogs run like crazy after their bath, Dakota the Husky puppy is so relaxed by her first bath that she decided to take a little nap while her human is drying her. She must have had quite a soothing bath that she just closed her eyes right then and there. Talk about a mellow puppy! What a lucky dog owner she has – hopefully Dakota has this reaction after every bath!

This is a video of Panchino the chihuahua doing yoga poses in sync with his person. It’s pretty adorable. And, if you’re me, a little enraging. Why can’t my dogs do cute stuff so I can post videos of them on the internet? But noooo, every time I bring the camera out, my dogs gotta be all weird and do gross stuff. One’s licking his privates, the other’s dragging her ass across the carpet… don’t they have any ambition of YouTube success? Clearly they don’t. But sometimes Einstein will roll over for a treat. So there’s that, I guess? Ah, who am I kidding — I’m just grasping for straws here!

The Humane Society of the United States sent an undercover investigator with a hidden camera into every pet store that sells puppies in Virginia. You won’t believe the kind of deception, cover-ups, and lies these pet stores say just to profit from selling puppies. They feed the customer with lies about where the puppy comes from, and even the documents about the puppy’s health are false! Watch the video below and see what these cold-hearted people will say just to make money!

I am so disgusted by what that man said, that if you want to make money in this business, you have to sell your soul. This is why we encourage everyone to adopt from shelters instead. Please share this video!
