Mrs. Kitty is a mom. But, she doesn’t have a litter of kittens to care for – she has a litter of puppies! Missy Grant, Mrs. Kitty’s, owner shared this unbelievable story and admitted that it is odd! After losing her litter of kittens, Mrs. Kitty kidnapped a litter of puppies! But don’t worry, the puppies were being ignored by their birth mother for an unknown reason.

Mrs. Kitty wasn’t about to let the helpless pups die, so she took them all! One by one, she carried the pups to her nest and cared for them. Mrs. Kitty even gives them baths! It sounds like everything worked out as it should, the babies are well cared for, and Mrs. Kitty has the family she always wanted!

As for the puppies, they will grow up being loved by their mom, who just so happens to be a cat! What more can a puppy ask for? Share away, people!

Cat Won’t Stop Giving Kisses to Terminally Ill Dog Sister

Anna has bone cancer in one of her legs, and may not have much time left. When she was having a particularly bad day, her kitty sister, Izzy, showered her in kisses to make her feel better.

When Anna was rescued by animal control officers in Union County, South Carolina, she was completely emaciated and tethered to a tree with a neck tie. She was only 28 pounds, heartworm positive, and had been abandoned after she was used up from having many litters.

Heidi Schermerhorn-Wagner found her at the shelter and fell in love

She spent the next five years getting Anna healthy and helping her overcome the traumas of her past. The bond between them grew so strong, it even inspired Heidi to found the rescue group Boxer Butts & Other Mutts.

“Because of her, over 3,000 dogs’ lives have been changed,” Heidi explained.

Sadly, Anna was diagnosed with bone cancer in her right front leg, which then spread to her lungs. She was given three to six months to live.

But they couldn’t know how much perseverance she had. Her diagnosis was a year and a half ago, and Anna is still hanging on. Heidi says she still welcomes every foster dog who enters their home.

“Most of them are on death’s door and she will not leave their side. Even on her bad days she continues to try to take care of others.”

Recently, she was feeling pretty bad, and lie on the front porch, feeling lethargic. Izzy walked over to her and gingerly licked her face for over half an hour.

“Anna had also helped take care of Izzy when she suddenly got really sick a couple of years ago,” Heidi said. “It seemed Izzy remembered and did her best to comfort Anna.”

No matter how much time Anna has left on this planet, she can rest comfortably knowing she is surrounded by love.

This Giant Mastiff Is Trying To Learn How To Swim, But She Needs Dad’s Shoulder To Lean On.

Size has nothing to do with bravery. Sampson is a huge Mastiff dog, with a gently heart. He was always afraid to go in the water. His owner wanted to encourage Sampson to learn to swim. He even strapped a life jacket on the pup, but Sampson was still afraid. With all the love and tenderness of a caring man, Sampson’s owner led him to the pool. Face to face, with Sampson’s mighty front paws on his owner’s shoulders; they venture off the steps. It only took a little encouragement and the trust Sampson has in his owner and Sampson naturally began to dog paddle. His owner swam next to him as if to urge him on and to let Sampson know he was not alone and need not be afraid.

Though most dogs are not afraid of water and dogs like Sampson are the exception; most cats are afraid of water. Even large cats like the bobcat, cougar, lynx and snow leopards are afraid of water. The cat, domestic or wild that did is not afraid of water is the exception. In the dessert some large cats which are afraid of water may overcome the fear as they need to cool down.

Whether it is a dog, cat, or any other animal, if they have a fear of water, someone needs to gently help them overcome it. The help should come in the form of security, love and a strong pet owner can help him quickly and effectively to get past it enjoy the water.

Dog Doesn’t Want Cat Messing with His New Squirrel Friend

When we think of dogs an squirrels we picture canines barking at the rodent-like animals, chasing them up trees or attentively watching them from windows. We don’t usually think of them as best friends hanging out together, but squirrels and dogs can be very good friends.

In this video we have a very gentle pooch spending some quality time with his new BFF the squirrel. The two of them have such a special bond that the dog doesn’t mind his tiny friend perched on top of his head. What he does mind is the lurking cat wanting to come check out the wild pet.

Curiosity killed the cat and if this feline is not careful his seven lives will soon be down to six.

The inquisitive kitty wants to meet the squirrel but it seems he doesn’t have the best intentions in mind and the dog knows it.

The dog probably said something like “I’m warning you kitty. Step away from my little friend and you won’t get hurt.” But did the cat listen? Not at all.

For this adorable rottweiler, if there was a fire and he had to race back into the house to grab one thing…it’d be his best friend — the cat! Because there’s simply nothing he loves more in the entire world.

Cat refuses to share couch with dog
