Teddy is incredibly amused while he jumps around in curiosity with a steady pour of rain on the back patio. It’s just amazing for us to watch. It’s hilarious to see him prance about. He almost appears as if he’s dancing because he’s so happy, especially when he tries to get a running start and is stuck in place because of the slippery patio!

He gets so excited at times, he has to take a break. His moment of stillness is hilarious, but as Teddy just stands and bathes for several seconds to “cool off” from his jumping session, his human couldn’t hold back a smile. OK, Teddy, do you know you’re being filmed? I think he does. It’s just too funny of a performance!

It’s no wonder his master is equally amused. He’s laughing throughout the video, while playful Teddy keeps at his curious jaunt. If only we adults could take the time to be so carefree and whimsical in the rain. These two are lucky to have each other!

It’s always amazing to watch an animal enjoy life in a beautiful forever home, and it really seems like Teddy loves exactly where he is.

Here we have another dog who makes an excellent nanny to different animals! Everyone, meet Blakely–a dog who watches over orphaned baby animals! The staff at the Cincinnati Zoo considers Blakely as their best employee. That’s because he’s always in a good mood and always happy to help look after the baby animals who are abandoned and rejected by their mothers. Not long ago, he started a long journey from California to Indiana. The twist? He was going to do it all on a bike.

This is the cart that Steve, an elderly homeless man, was pulling behind a bicycle.

All 11 of his dogs were coming with him on the journey from the West Coast to middle America.

Each and every one of them used to live alone on the streets. Steve rescued them and now they mean the world to him.

While on the road in Arkansas, a woman saw him with his makeshift vehicle and pulled over to see where he was headed.

After the woman learned his story and got permission to post it online, Steve’s luck has increased.

Multiple rescue organizations, including SOAR, have put Steve and his fur baby family up in hotels and provided him with transportation…

Why, you’re probably wondering, was the family going the distance, though?

Once he gets to Indiana, a friend agreed to help him out.

Steve will receive assistance with neutering, spaying, and getting proper medical care for all of his pups.

While some might think the right thing to do would be to take these animals away and put them into rescue programs…

It would be heartbreaking to tear this dedicated family apart. Instead, these pups will rightfully stay with their dad, who has done everything in his power — and even beyond that — to get them what they need to be happy. Local shelters and rescues in the area will take care of the dogs for the immediate future, while Steve works on putting together a life in Indiana with the help of his friend.

Ten days after the storms cleared, Lemont traveled from his refuge to the Lamar Dixon Expo Center in nearby Gonzales, LA. After losing his family’s home and all of their belongings, he was left with one shred of faith that their beloved pets, three dogs and a cat, made it through the tragedy alive.

The crew from World Animal Awareness Society captured the heartwarming moment he was reunited with one of the pups, Cleo.

He barely even recognized her at first, repeatedly saying how skinny she had gotten.
